What happens if I receive a bill from the Salve Business Office for overdue library materials?

If you have been billed by the Salve Business Office you must submit payment or return all material as soon as possible. For Salve owned items a full refund is given for items returned within 6 months of their original due date, a 50% refund is given for items returned 6 months to one year after the original due date, and no refund is given for material that is returned more than one year after the original due date. Unfortunately, replacement bills incurred from material borrowed through HELIN libraries or through interlibrary loan cannot be refunded as Salve has already paid those fees on your behalf.
