How can I check to see if my interlibrary loan (ILL) request has been delivered to the library?

How do I know if my ILL book has arrived? How do I check the status of my ILL request?

Answer

When your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request is ready to pick up at the library, you should receive a notification email at your Salve email address.

You can check on the status of books or articles you requested through ILL by logging in to your library account at library.salve.edu/patron.html  (if prompted, use your Salve credentials to authenticate).

On your library account page, all requests will be visible in the Requests tab.  Books acquired through ILL will also be visible in the Checkouts tab once they arrive and are ready for pickup.

Note: Depending on how you have your Outlook mail account configured, notifications might get sorted to either your Junk or Clutter folders, so be sure to check there if you feel your request is taking longer than it normally does.
